I just bought these and received them today. Shipping was fast, the boots are beautiful and very nice. However I am a bit on the smaller size and the calf of these boots is just to large for me to wear without jean, even with leggings there is about 2 inches of room. I am a size 4 in pants, if this helps anyone who thinks they may have the same problem and I am 5'6 and weigh 117 lbs. Great boots and great price just make sure you are not wanting them to be tight fitting they are very loose.

I own this pair in both black and brown (which I bought at full price and now that they are on such a great sale price, I might buy a back-up pair of each!) I disagree with the reviewer who said order a 1/2 size down because I think they are true to size (at least width-wise but perhaps a wee bit long.) They are great for full calves (which I have 15.5"+) but I have to wear them with tights/leggings and skirts because they aren't big enough for my calves + jeans. There is a little stretchy elastic piece hidden under a suede flap that helps with pull-on and holds it up in place on the calf so it doesn't slouch. I can't believe these are only $53 now-- what a great buy!

I read the reviews and bought a size 7 1/2 and an 8 (thought an thick socks would cover it). Boy did I mess up! I am an 8 and BOTH pairs are huge. I have given them away and that's sad because they are really pretty boots. I should have got size 7.

I purchased these in black and absolutely love them. Just be sure to order 1/2 size down than what you usually wear. I am a true size 9 and had to re-order a size 8.5 because they were too big. They are super comfortable, great quality, look great with almost anything and are very affordable. They sit right below/at the knee, which is hard to find in a boot. They do start to slouch slightly over time in the ankle but it's suede so that's to be expected.

These boots are great for skinny jeans, but not dressy enough for dresses! Very comfortable.
